1. Purpose

MinistryCount may use third-party services and subprocessors to operate the platform. This page gives churches transparency about the categories of services that may be involved in delivering the system.

2. Hosting and infrastructure

MinistryCount may rely on hosting providers, server infrastructure, database services, storage systems, DNS providers, SSL/certificate tools and related infrastructure to host and deliver the platform.

These services help keep the website, church dashboards, databases, files and public pages available.

3. SMS providers

SMS communication may be delivered through approved SMS platforms, telecom aggregators or messaging gateways. Recipient phone numbers, sender IDs, message content and delivery metadata may be processed by those services when a church sends SMS.

SMS delivery is subject to provider rules, telecom restrictions, network availability and sender ID approval.

4. Email providers

Email notifications, PIN messages, support emails, announcements or transactional messages may be sent using email servers or email delivery services. Names, email addresses, message content and delivery metadata may be processed for that purpose.

5. Payments and billing support

Where online or assisted payment options are used, payment processors, banks, mobile money providers or accounting tools may process payment references, invoice data, transaction records and billing contact details.

MinistryCount should not ask churches to submit sensitive payment credentials directly into unapproved forms.

6. Analytics, fonts and website tools

Public pages may use analytics, embedded fonts, performance tools or website scripts to improve the public website, understand usage and deliver a better signup experience.

These services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details and page visit data depending on configuration.

7. Support and communication tools

Support may involve email, WhatsApp, phone calls, ticket tools, remote troubleshooting or other communication channels. Churches should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive member files through informal channels unless needed for support and authorised by the church.

8. Data shared with third parties

MinistryCount aims to share only the information needed for a third-party service to perform its function. For example, SMS providers need recipient numbers and message content to send SMS, while hosting providers process data because the platform runs on their servers.

9. Changes to third-party services

The third-party services used by MinistryCount may change as the platform grows, providers change, pricing changes, services improve or security needs evolve. This page may be updated to reflect material changes.
